What we collect
Your readiness answers, application details (name, email, phone, city and state, preferred format and start date, referral source, whether the request is court or probation related, referring authority, personal goals, and accessibility needs), your account email, your worksheet answers, your personal action plan, your weekly completion and participation records, and any certificate issued to you.
How we use it
To review your application, arrange access and payment, deliver the eight sessions, track participation and completion, issue certificates, and respond to you. We do not sell your information or use your worksheet content for marketing.
Who can see your records
You can see your own records. Authorized program administrators — your facilitator and program staff — can administer participant records in order to run the program. Other participants can never see your worksheet answers or action plan. There is no public discussion board and no sharing of worksheet answers between participants.
Courts, probation, and third parties
We disclose your participation or completion information to a court, probation officer, attorney, agency, or employer only with your written authorization, or when required by law. Release of information process:

Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for the accuracy of the information you submit. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.
Educational limitations
This is a non-clinical educational program. It does not create a therapist–client relationship and does not produce clinical records, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. The platform is not monitored for emergencies.
