Our mission
To bring St. Louis mental-health professionals together in public solidarity, raise community awareness, and affirm that healing support is available across our region.
Our vision
A St. Louis where mental-health care is visible, valued, and accessible — and where the professionals who provide it are celebrated each year at the Arch.
Stand Together STL is designed as an annual tradition. The 2026 gathering is the first of many opportunities for our community to gather, be seen, and recommit to mental-health awareness.
