Watch the session videoIn this session, titled "Keep Defining Yourself," you’ll be asked to reflect on five self-evaluation questions. These questions are crucial for centering yourself and ensuring you’re nurturing your needs. It’s easy to neglect yourself while taking care of everyone else, but this exercise will help bring you back to a healthy place. Here are the five questions for self-evaluation: 1. What are the three things that make the most significant difference in your life? 2. What are the three things that give you pure joy? 3. What does success mean to you at this stage of your life? 4. What three things are you working to complete? 5. What are your three core rules (emotionally, physically, spiritually, and financially)? Answering these questions will help you thrive and recognize the kind of relationships that can support your well-being. Self-evaluation is a powerful tool to ensure you are living in alignment with your values and goals.
