The process
Five steps, start to certificate.
- Step 1
Register & enroll
You create an account, then enroll from your training dashboard. Enrollment stamps your start date — everything else is paced from there.
- Step 2
Work the lesson path in order
Lesson one opens immediately. Each following lesson unlocks once the one before it is marked complete, so the work builds instead of overwhelming.
- Step 3
Reflect and submit
Written reflections and a final case write-up are submitted inside the portal. Your responses are saved to your record for review.
- Step 4
Pass the knowledge check
A short quiz on the CARE-Solutions model. It's graded instantly and you can retake it until you pass.
- Step 5
Certificate issued automatically
The moment the last lesson is complete, a temporary certificate with a unique verification code appears in your certificates page. The official certificate is issued by the accrediting body.
