This plain-language notice explains how the educational tool handles information.
The short version
Nothing you type into the Thought Journal or reflection pages is saved, uploaded, or shared. It exists only on the page while you use it and clears when you leave or refresh.
What you choose to keep
You can print or save a reflection as a PDF on your own device. You control that file and where it is stored or shared. Avoid including names or details that identify another person.
Website information
Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site. This is separate from the text you enter into reflection fields.
Your choices
Refresh or close the page to clear an unfinished reflection. Delete any downloaded PDF through your device when you no longer want it.
